We called Master Blaster to unclog a floor drain. It was easy and efficient to get an appointment over the telephone.Eric, the service tech, came exactly when he said he would. He even called on his way to confirm when he would get here. We showed him where the problem was and he went over the service to be performed and the price to be charged (which exactly matched the estimate). He cleaned the drain, told me why it had clogged (mineral deposits) and asked if we needed anything else looked at while he was here. The service was well performed, timely and priced right!

I’m currently unemployed and to say things are tight is an understatement. I had the exit plumbing backing up in my house and had a mentally ill roomate. They came to roter rutter and when it was discovered that the line had failed and needed to be replaced I voiced that I couldn’t pay for that and they sent me to my mortgage holder to see if I could get help there. I noticed a lot of phone conversations the manager of the project was having. The next day 8 guys appeard and hand-dug the 6-8 feet of the line that they replaced. They were very polite, plesant and finished in a day. I know it was hard due to a lot of tree roots and a fence in the way.
They never requested that I pay for the line replacement. I’m so grateful.
